Martin Hensel - President
Martin founded Texterity in 1991 to provide
technology and services to multipurpose content in all media.
Texterity has been a provider of digital delivery for magazines,
catalogs, and other content since 2002.
Previously, Martin was general manager of Investext,
a division of Thomson Financial Services; co-founder and general manager
of electronic publisher Wilson Cambridge; and co-founder and president
of LaserData, Inc., where he chaired the NISO standards committee
that established the CD-ROM format.
Martin received a BA in Philosophy from New York University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Cimarron Buser - Senior Vice President,
Marketing & Business Development
Cimarron is responsible for the sales, marketing
and product planning for Texterity's services, including the new generation of
magazine and publishing industry solutions. Cimarron's digital publishing insights blog provides commentary
on the industry at large.
Previously, he was General Manager of Internet Products for FaxNet, which was acquired
by Critical Path. Cimarron has held executive
marketing and product planning positions at Funk Software and Cayman
Systems.
Cimarron received a BA in Computer Science from University of California, San Diego, and an MBA from Harvard Business School .

Carl Scholz - Senior Vice
President, Technology & Operations
Carl Scholz is responsible for seeing that the
Texterity engineering and operations organization builds high quality, robust and
innovative software systems that meet the needs of our customers. Carl
joined Texterity in 1995 and was the architect and lead developer for
the first generations of Book Bank and its derivatives.
Before Texterity, Carl worked at Houghton Mifflin
Company as the Software Architect for several Corporation R&D
efforts. Previously, Carl held management and software engineering
positions at the Open Software Foundation, Interactive Systems
Corporation and NCR Corporation working on a variety of projects
involving open source software, user interface systems, database design
and web solutions.
Carl has a BS in Computer Science from the University of Virginia School of Engineering.

Bob Ludwick - Vice President,
Sales
Bob is responsible for the worldwide sales of
Texterity’s digital edition programs. He brings 25 years of sales and
sales management experience.
Before joining Texterity, Bob worked for
The Pohly Company where he was Publisher of Continental,
the inflight magazine for Continental Airlines and the
company’s largest custom publishing client.
He has also held executive sales management positions at Vantage
Financial Services, Screenvision and Globetrotters.
Bob has a BS in Finance & Quantitative Methods from Babson College.

Adrienne Azaria - Vice President,
Operations
Adrienne Azaria oversees the production and delivery of
electronic products and services for Texterity.
Prior to joining Texterity in 1997, Adrienne held
project and product management positions at Interleaf, setting the strategy
and direction for their line of SGML-based publishing products. At
Hewlett-Packard, she held product management and software engineering
positions, working on software licensing and user interface development tools.
Adrienne has a BS in Computer Science from the University of Michigan and an MS in Computer Graphics from Purdue.
